ENTERING THE RACE TRACK

Getting into Darlington Raceway is simple if you plan ahead. Understanding the entry procedures, ticket requirements, and parking setup will make your race day much smoother. Aim to arrive early, stay organised, and you’ll be set to enjoy the full Goodyear 400 experience.

Bag check

All bags and personal items will be screened at the entrance gates. Before you leave, check that everything you’re bringing meets the circuit’s guidelines. Common fan items, sealed food, and drinks are typically allowed, but any restricted items will be confiscated. In more serious cases, prohibited items could lead to denied entry. Bag sizes are limited to 18" x 18" x 14", while smaller items like clutches or waist packs must not exceed 4.5" x 6.5".

Tickets & entry

You must have a valid ticket to enter Darlington Raceway. Mobile tickets are the easiest option, but it’s wise to have a printed backup in case your phone runs out of battery or you experience technical issues. Be prepared to show your ticket whenever requested by staff.

Parking

Parking can get busy during the Goodyear 400 weekend, so it’s important to plan ahead. There are both free and paid parking areas available near the track, but spaces fill up quickly. Arriving early will help you avoid congestion and find a suitable parking spot close to the venue.
